AZCGS I was a great success. Tons of fun was had by all the competitors. A new US record was set in Unbraced bending by Aaron Corcorran. Looking forward to next years comp.
Also planning a grip comp for September 2008. Exact weekend still to be nailed down. Events will be: Grippers, 2 Hand Pinch, Double Overhand Axle Deadlift, Unbraced bending and Braced bending. Gonna be good fun. email for info.

The Comp is fast approaching. Currently less than 5 weeks out. Good news though, another sponsor has been added. Steve from GripEmpire is generously donating some strength books and RB grippers. Grippers (Biggest closed 1H only. Grippers #3 and above will be calibrated, 3 attempts)
2Hand Pinch (Adjustable pinch width, Euro or American, 3 attempts)
Bending (Unbraced, Toughest bar wins, FBBC stock, 3 attempts)
2" Vbar (FBBC vbar, 1 hand contested, 3 attempts)
Blob load medley for time. (25#-50# in 5# increments)
DO 2" Axle DL (Max weight, 3 attempts)
